But Why Promote?



It is necessary that your promote your product or service. Why? Here are a few reasons why you should.

Promotions serves to inform potential customers what your are selling or offering. You will never know that a new type of shampoo is now in the shelves of the supermarket if you haven't heard about it on TV. You wouldn't know either that your favorite drink now comes in packets in boxes of ten. You wouldn't know a certain product or service existed in the first place if it wasn't promoted.

Promotions accelerates your business to the next level. As more people know about your product or service the more are there likely to purchase or avail of it. As people who use your product or service multiply, there will be an increase in sales and in profits.

Promoting is one means people do what they ordinarily would not do. Some people may not be your direct target consumers but through promotions they might jump on the bandwagon and that would be good news for you. Like if you manage an amusement park, you offered free entrance for your anniversary, some may not like going to your park but because there is free entrance they might give it a try.

As you might already know, promotions will raise the status of your product by first allowing people know the existence of what your are offering; then it increases sale and get people to try what they might not ordinarily do.

OpenShot Add Music or Sound Effects

In OpenShot, you can delete the audio of your video and replace it with another one. You can right click on the video click and select separate video. Or you can click the video and let the audio mute. There is option to fade in and fade out for the audio.
