My neck was aching and so are my eyes after an hour or two of computer use. And because I thought was bending my neck to one side more than the other side, I become conscious taking turn bending my neck to the left and the right. Maybe it is because of bad posture and so I posted at the side of the screen that I should sit up straight along with the equal neck bending.
