Job dependence means that your sole source of income is your job.

If you love your job, it is making good money and your job is secure, this is a good thing. Working on something you love can be personally fulfilling and not only give you income but positive social interactions. Jobs you like allow you to grow personally and widen your horizon.

The problem arises when you do not like the rigid 9-to-5 schedule of your work. You fell work has restricted you from making your most brilliant creations yet. Things have to change.

Another issue with giving most of your creativity and productive time to a job is that the work economy has changed:

  • ·         top management have way better salary over the workers
  • ·         basic expenses have risen and the paycheck has not increased
  • ·         millions of jobs are lost or outsourced
How wonderful it would be to live where you would be paid fully for the value you create. There are ways to feed your family and find meaning and fulfilment at the same time. Yes, you can select a job base on your preference. It does not matter if is being a physical fitness instructor or a small-time chief.
