When you first sign up for a Google AdSense account, you are asked of your country or territory. Before your Google Adsense account is finalized, you are warned that you cannot change the payee name and territory or country at that certain point. What if you moved to another place? How will the check reach you?
You will have to open a new account with your territory or country updated. Best to contact Google AdSense first before doing so (they will inform you how to do it and any requirements).
With that your adverts will be moved to the new account as the previous one is closed. The money in your old account will move to your new account too and you can proceed as normal.
When the new account is created you will be sent a PIN before you could withdraw your first payment. The process takes two months more or less. To ease this transition, you are not required to close your old account until the PIN arrives (old money in the old account won’t be transferred to the new account until the old account is closed).
Also in the help in Google AdSense account settings is an email address to use if you are moving to another country, or changing your name.
Well, it is not easy to change into a new Google AdSense account but it cannot be helped when we move our residence somewhere.
