Interview Question: Why do You Want to Work Here

This question is asked to determine how much you know and interested in the company.
To answer this question satifactorily, you must be knowledgeable about the company you are applying for. With the Internet, you could easily search about the company and gather information. If the company you are applying for has a website, you could simply click on the "about" link and read about the company.
Compare the goal of the company with your own work goals. You can also add by repeating your assets--let the interviewer know what you can do for the company. Even though the questions ask why you want to stick to such company, you still need to convince the hiring manager you are beneficial for the company.
