There is Time for Coffee a Time for Sleep



You would certainly agree that there is a time for everything. Ecclesiastes has a lot to say about that. Now, did you ask something like when is the best time to drink coffee?

If you say in the morning, that is what most people think and do. But the Clarian Health suggested that the best time to drink coffee is at three in the afternoon. Taken at that time it tends to help you get away from the afternoon slump. And drinking coffee is to done together with some 15-minute brisk walking.

The average hours of sleep for an adult are at seven and a quarter of hours to eight hours. By one study, sleeping for an average of five to seven hours is associated with lower mortality compared to those who average at eight hours of more. If you are getting less sleep because you need to beat the deadline of the project or is study for the final examinations, better sleep during dawn rather than late at night. This is because optimal day time performance is not reduced to people who had four hours of sleep and sleep at dawn that those who sleep late at night.

It is not advisable to get less than four and a half hours because sleep deprivation has very detrimental effects to the human body and work performance too.

OpenShot Add Music or Sound Effects

In OpenShot, you can delete the audio of your video and replace it with another one. You can right click on the video click and select separate video. Or you can click the video and let the audio mute. There is option to fade in and fade out for the audio.
