3 Fat Loss Workout Tips




If the goal of your workout is to lose fat, there are three tips to guide your exercise routine.

Be Intense in Fat Loss Exercise
This is simple: the more you exercise the more calories you burn. So rather than go walking, which is low intensity exercise, go running instead.

Choose Proper Fat Loss Exercise
Fat or energy burned is dependent on the intensity, on how much effort you put on it. Fat loss is about consistently and constantly. So in choosing a fat loss workout, pick one that you can do regularly. This fat loss workout is something you find pleasurable and practical.

Exercise Large Muscles
The larger the muscle, the greater the caloric expenditure and the more fat you lose.

Here is a simple video I got from Youtube on a sample fat loss workout you can do at home. It is simple to follow and takes less than 5 minutes to do.

OpenShot Add Music or Sound Effects

In OpenShot, you can delete the audio of your video and replace it with another one. You can right click on the video click and select separate video. Or you can click the video and let the audio mute. There is option to fade in and fade out for the audio.
