    • can increase profit margins substantially (this someone contradicts another enterpreneur's opinion where profit margins are low because competitors might sell products low)
    • have to fulfill orders manually
    • longer shipping times
    • less control of your brand
    • can go into niche stores and later on branding

Thaddy shares what is better than dropshipping, FBA and print on demand is Private Label. He started with it first but failed. When he had enough cash or capital to start with it again, he did and this time with success. He started in the Men's fashion niche.
  • comparing Amazon FBA/ Ebay arbitrage, the profits are slimmer compared to dropshipping

  • need more capital to start
  • need a fulfillment service to ship your items
  • advocates dropshipping to have a feel of the market before scaling into private label
